Practical Parent Toolkit ("the app", "we", "our") is built for parents. This policy explains what data is collected when you use the app, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

Who this app is for

This app is designed for adults (parents and caregivers). It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Data we collect

The app stores your age band preference, bookmarked strategies, and onboarding status locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

The following data is collected and transmitted by third-party services the app uses:

• Purchase history and device identifier - collected by RevenueCat to process and verify in-app subscription purchases. RevenueCat receives a device identifier and your purchase record to determine whether you have an active subscription. This data is required for the app to function. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com.
• Crash logs - if the app crashes, diagnostic information about the crash is automatically collected and sent to Expo (our app platform) to help us identify and fix bugs. This data is used for analytics and app stability purposes only.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, health data, or any personal information. The app does not require you to create an account.

Third-party services

• RevenueCat - subscription and purchase management
• Expo - app platform and crash reporting

We do not sell your data to any third party. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.

Data retention

Purchase records held by RevenueCat are retained as financial records in accordance with their privacy policy. Crash logs held by Expo are retained for diagnostic purposes. Local app data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data associated with your device by contacting us. For data held by RevenueCat or Expo, you may also contact those services directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app adds new features. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
